Practicing since 2003 and teaching since 2014, Abbie really loves yoga. Starting out strong in Bikram and dabbling in a few styles before finding her place in Vinyasa, Abbie teaches a vibrant, dynamic practice for everyone. Recently back living in Sydney after a few years teaching in South America and the UK, Abbie brings influences from key teachers Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jason Crandell (Vinyasa), as well as from Dominic Corigliano (Ashtanga), Ana Forrest (Forrest Yoga) and Max Strom (Inner Axis).
Bringing fresh energy and commitment to each class, her smart sequencing and anatomy nerdery help students to safely find their own expression of the practice. Abbie is happiest seeing her students leave the class feeling energised, restored and a little rebuilt from the inside out each time.
