After years of high-intensity athletic training, Kaylee began incorporating pilates and barre into her routine to strengthen her body in a balanced and safe way. In 2010, she completed her Barre Teacher Training and then soon after Pilates Mat Teacher Training to gain more knowledge of the human body.
Kaylee’s love affair with yoga began in a yoga studio in Phoenix, Arizona whilst in savasana. Five years and two babies later, she delved into her yoga teaching journey and completed her 200 Hour Power Living Teacher Training in December 2015. Since then she has completed further Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing training with Duncan Peak, and a 50 Hour Yin Yoga Training with Melanie McLaughlin.
Coupled with a bachelor degree in modern psychology, Kaylee strives to apply her learnings of ancient yoga philosophy into her teachings. Students should expect a strong flowing class challenging the body and mind, which connects them to their breath and inner self.
