Lizzie loves to move and this is what you’ll find in her class. Flowing through various asanas, you’ll find yourself letting go of any attachments to the outside world to make space to play and explore.
Lizzie first discovered yoga back in 2008 when she tried her first Bikram Yoga class, which turned into a long-standing love affair. It allowed her to ignore everything external focusing only on her intentions, thoughts, movements and breath in that present moment. Wanting to share this with others, Lizzie began her teaching journey at Hom Yoga completing 200-hour intensive Teaching Training led by Leah Kim.
Since then, Lizzie has undertaken the Art of Alignment and Assisting at BodyMindLife with Melanie McLaughlin and Persia Juliet as well many workshops led by the likes of Dice Iida-Klein and Briohny Smyth, Bryan Kest and Kathryn Budig.
