Yaz has been practicing Yoga for 8 years. He first came to Yoga for the physical and along the way it unfolded to a journey of self-discovery of the body, mind and soul. Yaz is always learning from his personal practice which he believes is the most genuine and authentic way to teach.
Yaz’s style is strong, playful, challengingly fluid, a moving meditation with abundant awareness to breath and alignment. He loves teaching open levels classes and offers students suitable variations along the way.
Starting his journey in Bali with a Yoga Immersion at the Yoga Barn, Yaz has attended many workshops with inspiring Yoga Teachers such as Yoga Beyond, Noelle Connelly, Patrick Beach, Cameron Shayne & Duncan Peak.
Yaz regularly leads AcroYoga workshops & Fitness and Yoga retreats. In addition, Yaz teaches Group Fitness from Gymnastics to Kickboxing and all action sports in between.
