In this mouth-watering workshop, you will learn how to move your body from lying on your back moving like a snake, walking like an ape to inversions and simple arm balances in a safe and playful way, giving you the confidence to practice and overcome the fear of being upside-down. 

In this workshop, we will look at how we humans have evolved as a species from the ocean, to the land and beyond. It is a fascinating subject. Exploring how we moved from era to era, and from infant to adult, will bring about an entirely new dimension to your yoga practice and your life.
